Job Requirements:

 
 
Degree in Civil Engineering
5 – 7 years working experience in related field
Proficiency in Project Management Software
Proven good track record of having completed projects within stipulated time and budget
Strong leadership qualities, result oriented and good communication skills
 
   
 
 
 


2) Assistant Manager/Executive -Human Resources & Administration (To be based in Shah Alam)

Job Requirements:

 
 
Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management
Minimum of 3 – 5 years working experience in HR and Administration
Good command in both verbal and written Bahasa Malaysia & English
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Application (Words, Excel and Power point)
Competent in administration works and IT System
Experience and knowledge in ISO 9001-2000 will be an added advantage
 
   
 
 
 


3) Project Engineer (To be based in Shah Alam)

Job Requirements:

 
 
Degree in C & S Engineering/Architecture/QS
2 - 3 years working experience in project planning implementation & progress monitoring
Review of consultant design and assist in development planning
Able to liaise with consultants and authorities
Preferred age above 28 years
Familiar with ISO 9001
Excellent management & interpersonal skill
 
   
 
 
 


4) Sales and Marketing Executive (To be based in Shah Alam)

Job Requirements:

 
 
Diploma in Marketing or other related discipline
2 - 3 years working experience in resorts/hotels sales
Wide contacts and good networking
Experience in conducting Road shows and Sales & Marketing activities
Good interpersonal skills
 
   
     
 
 
 


5) Public Relation and Marketing Manager (To be based In Shah Alam)

Job Requirements:

 
 
Diploma/Degree in Mass Communication or related discipline
At least 5 years working experience in Hotel Industry
Good communication skills, confident in public speaking
Able to plan, implement and monitor annual PR and communication strategy plan
Able to conceptualise, strategies and execute all marketing communications programme
Able to act as key point of contact for the press/media
Able to prepare and update all communication tools i.e. press releases, speeches
Able to monitor competitors’ marketing and communications activities-advertisement and news
Able to coordinate, maintain and update the company’s website
Able to manage and handle enquiries and feedback from the public
Able to coordinate designs and product for all corporate public relations material
